About Face also offers assignments on their site and they use the Prophet system which I stated before is similar to using SASSIE....simple apps and simple system
. Available assignments are listed by zip code default, but they also have an expanded search system. In the advanced system, a list of cities will show up where the company works. On this page, shoppers click on the box next to the cities they desire to look at assignments, then click on search and the list will show up below the list of cities. If they assignment is gray in color, it means the assignment is currently filled but you can choose to be notified if it comes available. If the assignment is in green, it is avaialble....most, if not all, are self assigning.
Additionally, About Face lists the following countries besides the US....when a company list a country, it generally means they have work come available in these areas....this is why some companies will list only one or two countries while others will have a long list....companies generally only list countries they work in and not all countries through out the world. Here is the list for About Face:
Anguilla, Australia, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kuawait, Jamaica, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Russia, Scotland, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the Ukraine.
To apply with About Face, click on the link below. On their site, the intro can be skipped.
Click on "shoppers" at the top of the site
Click on "New Shoppers" scroll about 1/2 half way down the page and click on "Apply Here"
This will take you through a series of "terms and conditions" to be read. With each phase, new shoppers need read and click on "read and understand" conditions before proceeding to the next phase.
On the fourth or fifth phase, shoppers will be asked to enter email address and legal name and click on submit....this will take shoppers to the Phrophet Portal to start the application process.

Completing surveys is another work from home opportunity that can add to income. If you're like me, you've seen the advertisements offering $25.00 to $75.00 an hour for completing surveys. Then, after clicking on the link, it takes me to "buy this book for and let me tell you about the companies that offer paid surveys." hmmmm...
Backing up about secret shopping for a moment...I spent over 15 years working the restaurant industry and had heard about secret shopping, but when I asked around, no one knew how to get invloved with it. When my daughter was born, the most important thing to me was to raise her myself rather than her being with babysitters full time. Surfing the internet for an opportunity that would allow this, I came across one of those "buy a directory of secret shopping companies" and I purchased it. Here it is almost seven years later, and I have to say, it was the best money I ever spent; however, I don't ever recommend anyone purchasing a secret shopping directory (not to be confused with books about the industry) because soon after I started secret shopping, I found the most reputable directories are free. The other thing I have learned over the years is almost all info for other directories such as surveys, car wraps, etc. is also free if I look for it.
So, that said, I personally won't buy a directory for taking surveys, but if anyone has or does, I'd be very interested in knowing how reputable it is.
As for taking surveys, I have taken some paid surveys, but so far, the pay has been nowhere near the $25.00 per hour mark...more like $10.00 an hour after averaging out....still, working from home with freedom and flexibilty, I don't consider $10.00 an hour to be bad. Now, a few things I have noticed about "true" survey companies are first, I don't always "qualify" to take the surveys and secondly, there are some surveys that will put my name into a drawing for the monthly giveaway. Personally, I avoid the drawings.....the chance to win $25,000 sounds great, but if there are thousands of people in the drawing, the odds of winning are just too great for my taste....I prefer the $2.00-$3.00 guaranteed money...but that's me.
Anyway, if you would like to check out surveys as an income opp, below is a link for Ipsos....I have also blogged ZoomPanel (you can find this under "Work from Home Opps."
Beyond Hello is another company using SASSIE (my blog about SASSIE can be found in "Secret Shopping Companies"). I looked this morning, and Beyond Hello has over 1,400 asignments available in the US. Additionally, they had 6 assignments listed for Antigua/Barbuda, 5 in Barbados, about 200 in Canada, and 1 in the United Kingdom. They also list the US Virgin Islands which means they may have occasional work in this area as well.
To get to SASSIE from Beyond Hello, click on the link below.
Click on "Prospective Shopper"
Click on "New Shopper Registration" This will take you to SASSIE.
I have completed work for Beyond Hello. They have been around since before I started secret shopping, and I have had no problems with them. Also, on MSPA, I have seen other shoppers say good things about the company as well.

BMA is a secret shopping company that lists assignments on their site using Prophet. Prophet is like SASSIE in that it is a computer program and not the actual company. Prophet, too, is generally a simple system to use with simple applications to fill out.
After applying with BMA (or other Prophet) system, login to Prophet with user name and password. Then, click on, "Assignments I Can Accept" located on the right side of the screen toward the top. The system will use an automatic zip code default for searching. Some companies are using an added feature with Prophet that will allow the shopper to search for assignments outside the default area. If the company is using the added feature, it will be available on the top right side. If they are not using this feature and shoppers want to look for work outside their own area, changing the zip code in "My Profile" will allow the shopper to look for work in other locations....just remember to change the zip code back to the home zip code....wouldn't want checks to get lost in the mail...lol.
To apply with BMA, click on the link below
Click on "Click here to apply to be a Mystery Shopper"
This will take shoppers to Phrophet...follow prompts from here.
With Prophet...anytime a password is changed, shoppers will have to wait 10 minutes before they can login to the system.

Ann Michaels is another company using SASSIE that has a list of available assignments on their site. Some of the assignments are "self-assigning" and some are "request assignments." I have not completed any work for Ann Michaels...they are more prevelant in the east...especially IL. But, because they use SASSIE and have a list of assignments, I thought they'd be worth mentioning. If anyone has ever worked for them, and could give more info about the company, please contact me at pros4success@aol.com, or leave a comment...thanks.
To get to SASSIE, click on the link below.
1.) Click on "Enter Site"
2.) Click on "Shop for Ann Michaels
3.) Click on "New Shopper Registration" ...this will take you to SASSIE's page.
When I looked at countries, in addition to the US, Canada also shows up.

Good Morning to all,
Well, I got married a week ago tomorrow....I thought I'd be back to blogging the next day, but my husband surprised me with a great week of honeymooning....and no computers..lol. Now, here it is Monday morning and were both back to work. I hope everyone had a great week. I have lots to get caught up on, so it will be a busy week.
Imyst is a secret shopping company that has a list of assignments on their site. They are also another company that I feel pays a bit better than most companies. There is not always a lot of work on their site, but still there another company to look for work. I have completed asignments for them myself, and I found the work to be very pleasant.
Click on the link below, then click on "Mystery Shoppingr" from the pull down menu at the top.
Click on "Register to be a mystery shopper" from the link in the second paragraph. Follow the app through.
Once approved, assignments can be searched by radius or by state.

I read an article yesterday about balancing career and family that I personally enjoyed, so I posted it on my site. Click on the link below if you'd like to read it. Enjoy!!!
Okay...it's not exactly working from home, but this is an income opp for those few that are lucky to get picked.
Last week I had a request for information for getting paid to drive. Getting paid to drive is when an advertiser pays to have a "wrap" put on your car and pay you roughly $500.00 per month to drive your car...pretty simple, but not so simple to get selected.
As it would turn out, I know a little about this beacuse I purchased a directory of autowrap companies about six years ago, applied, but was never offered any wraps. I feel I was a prime candidate for a wrap. I had a new car, excellent driving record, and I drove about 4,000 miles a month (way over the minimum), and I live in So Cal (maximum exposure)...if that's not enough, I also traveled to other high traffic areas such as Northern Ca and the Bay Area about every six weeks. After a year, I gave up on it and no longer have the directory.
To find the information about autowrap companies generally will take having to purchase a directory...but, I know the info is free because about a year ago, I "googled" "get paid to drive" and "autowraps" and found a site that had a list...again, I applied, but to date have never been offered a wrap, and I again, I don't have the info anymore.
But, I found a site that has a good article explaining more about "autowrapping" and has links for two sites that accept applications...without having to buy a directory. I posted the link below. At the bottom of the page, there is a list of sites that offer directories for purchasing; however, based on my own personal experience, I can't recommend investing the money in a directory. I will continue to search for more information on this and blog companies as I find them.
